- The production process of N. dimidiatum resistant microbial product includes steps. strains cultured on nutrient medium supplemented with 20% Cornstarch (for T. asperellum). supplemented with 20% meat extract (for B. Subtilis), cultured 48 hours (for B. atrophaeus) and After 5 days (for T. asperellum), collecting biomass and mixing Silicagel 30-40%, drying 38-40oC, mix with cornstarch (rate 1:1), finished product.
- Result the use microbial product of B. Atrophaeus and T. asperellum in the field, the product has high potential for disease prevention and treatment. In addition, the combined use of microbial product with nano Cu particle, phosphonate for high efficiency in the prevention and treatment of White Spot disease on Dragon fruit in field conditions. no side effects on the growth of Dragon fruit. reduce drastically the disease rate on fruit and improve the value of Dragon fruit.
