  • Isolation, purification and biological molecule identification of C. coffeanum, caused Dead drying branches and fruits disease on Coffee plants.
    Isolated and selected 3 strains with strong antifungal of C. Coffeanum under laboratory conditions:
    Bacillus subtilis, Streptomyces hiroshimensis and Trichoderma viride.
    The production process of N. dimidiatum resistant microbial product includes steps:
    strains cultured on nutrient medium supplemented with 20% cornstarch (T. viride, after 24 hours), supplemented with 20% meat extract (for B. Subtilis, after 48 hours), collecting biomass and mixing Silicagel 40%, drying 40oC, mix with flour (rate 1:10), finished product.
  • Result the use microbial product of B. subtilis and T. viride in the field, the product has high potential for disease prevention and treatment.
    In addition, the combined use of microbial product with nano Cu particle, phosphonate for high efficiency in the prevention and treatment of dead drying branches and fruits disease on coffee plants in field conditions, no side effects on the growth of dragon fruit, reduce drastically
    The disease rate on fruit and improve the value of coffee fruit.
