Microorganisms capable of antagonizing C. Cassiicola causing the leaf yellowing disease on rubber plants

Result :

  • 17 fungal strains have been isolated, 100% of the isolates are capable of antagonizing Corynespora Cassiicola.
  • BD1N1, ĐN9N2, DN5N1 has the strongest antagonism ability and has a complete antagonism rate (100%) after 7, 10 days, identifying these 3 strains all belong to Trichoderma sp.
  • The single or mixed combination of 3 selected Trichoderma strains, the inhibitory rates and antagonistic against C. cassiicola are the same. However, combined with the growth rate criteria of isolated fungi, strain BD1N1 is the best strain.

Corynespora Cassiicola

with antagonistic fungi were observed after 2 days and 3 days on PGA agar plates.
