Microbial product Nacen – TT in the prevention of nematodes harmful on pepper plants.

Result:
  • Test each microorganism strain separately after 7 days of follow-up: Trichoderma for the rate of dead nematodes 89,96%, Paecilomyces lilacinus for the rate of dead nematodes 94,14%, Bacillus sp. for the rate of dead nematodes 92,47% and Metarhizium anisopliae 93,27%. Combination of microorganisms THVS1: (P.lilacinus + M.anisopliae ) for the rate of dead nematodes 93,27% và THVS2: (P.lilacinus+Bacillus sp.) for the rate of dead nematodes 86,45%.
  • The ability to control nematodes of the combination of microbial strains in the field; THVS1 (Paecilomyces lilacinus + Metarhizium anisopliae) selected as effective, for the rate of dead nematodes after 7 and 14 days both in soil and pepper roots.
  • Efficacy against nematodes in soil reached 27,69% và 38,58%; Effective against nematodes in the roots of pepper plants 43,41% and 56,84%.
  • Biomass multiplication THVS1 (Paecilomyces lilacinus + Metarhizium anisopliae) selected. With rice substrate 100% and after 14 days, the highest cell density reached 131,23×107cfu/g for Paecilomyces lilacinus  and 129,823×107 cfu/g for Metarhizium anisopliae.
  • To produce 50 kg of microbial products Nacen- TT contain Paecilomyces lilacinus and Metarhizium anisopliae carrier types including Kaolin + Talc powder (rate 1:1) for high and stable microbial density after 45 days of storage while ensuring the total useful microbial density reaches 1×108 cfu/g.
